SHENYANG, China, Nov 5 – Mizztech Group and China Nonferrous Metal Mining (Group) Co., Ltd. (CNMC)’s Shenyang Nonferrous Metallurgical Design & Research Institute have inked a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly pursue opportunities in the global mining equipment and engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) sectors.

The pact, signed on Thursday in the northeastern Chinese city of Shenyang, establishes a long-term partnership that aims to leverage the complementary strengths of both sides to offer integrated project solutions—from planning and design to equipment supply and construction—for international clients.

Senior executives from both entities attended the signing ceremony, where the agreement was formally sealed by Charles Cheng, General Manager of Mizztech Group, and the Director of Shenyang Nonferrous Metallurgical Design & Research Institute.

“We are thrilled to forge an alliance with Shenyang Nonferrous Metallurgical Design Institute,” Cheng said. “This move is a critical step in Mizztech’s global strategy. By combining our respective strengths, we will be exceptionally well-positioned to deliver significantly greater value to our clients worldwide.”

A director from the CNMC research institute said the collaboration would enhance their competitiveness in international EPC projects and help promote Chinese technology and equipment worldwide.
The partnership is expected to set a new benchmark for cross-border cooperation in China’s mining engineering and technical services industry, opening a new chapter of win-win development for the two companies.
