In an effort to better understand customer needs, enhance after-sales service, and monitor the real-world performance of its products, MIZZTECH AFRICAN SUPPLIES COMPANY LIMITED recently organized a field visit to several mining sites across the Mwanza region. The Tanzania-based team met with customers face-to-face and conducted on-site inspections of MIZZTECH slurry pumps and related components.

During the visit, the team thoroughly reviewed the condition and operation of slurry pumps, rubber liners, and other key wear parts supplied by MIZZTECH. They also held in-depth discussions with site engineers and equipment operators to collect feedback and insights on the equipment’s performance under demanding working conditions.
