Structure of the machine：

·  The shell is welded by the medium carbon steel plate, often with a number of reinforcing bars, and along the center line of the rotor shaft is divided into two parts of the shell cover and base, easy to disassemble.
· The inner wall of the shell guard plate and impact plate are all made of 30 # steel plate, mainly to extend the service life of the shell.
· Hammer head is made of 55-60 wheel steel forging, the hardness after heat treatment can reach HRC50 above.
· Bearing each 2 sets, A type 800×600 crusher bearing model 319, 600×400 crusher bearing model 316, 400X300 crusher bearing model 312, 800×1000 crusher bearing model 3619.
· The crusher with specification less than 600×400 generally adopts triangular belt drive, and according to the user’s demand, it can also adopt plate belt direct connection type.
