The VSI series impact crushers use the “rock to rock” principle; multi-stage crushing is used to optimize product quality. After entering the crusher, the material enters the rotor which can be accelerated to speeds of up to 45-70 m/s. The rotor sends the material into the crushing chamber where it hits itself and the external body until the material is crushed as required. After adjusting the outflow, the speed and diameter of the rotor can be controlled to pass through the size of the put, aggregate molding, or production of sand classification, and ultimately meet the different specifications required.
