Also called: crushing wall, fixed cone liner.

The rolling wall is an important part inside the cone crusher, and its main function is to squeeze and grind the materials in the crushing cavity, so as to achieve the purpose of crushing. The surface of the molar wall has been specially treated to have high wear-resistant performance, which can maintain stability in high-intensity crushing operation.

The crushing wall and rolling wall form the crushing cavity of the Cone Crusher, the material enters into this cavity, driven by the crushing wall doing rotary pendulum movement, it will be crushed by extrusion, bending and shearing, so as to realize the crushing production of the material, and the material crushed by the crushing wall and rolling wall will be discharged from the lower part of the cavity composed of both, that is to say, the lower part of the cavity composed of both is the discharging port of the crushing cavity, and the material will be discharged from the discharge port on the machine from which the material goes out. The material will be discharged from here and then from the discharge port on the machine, finally realizing the crushing operation.
