MHL100 Vertical Ceramic Slurry Pump HL Series

Submersible pump is vertical centrifugal slurry pump,it is used for conveying abrasion, coarse particles and high concentration slurry under submerged iauid,No seal and seal water is reauired, and it can work well under the condition of insuthcient intake. HL series submersible pump wet end parts are made by SiC ceramics,with good wear resistance, corrosion resistance and long serviceife. lt is especially suitable for various p servants pumps in mines, coal cleaning and desulphurization systems.

Features:
· It is vertical cantilever structure.
· Silicon carbide ceramic impeller,  with a disassemblling ring and easy for impeller remove. All wet end parts are made by SiC ceramic, with excellent abrasion and corrosion resistance, which can improve the overall service life ofthe pump.
· It use the cylindrical bearing assembly and high capacity bearing, and the bearing is lubricated with grease.
· The gap between the impeller and the guard plate can be adjusted to ensure the effcient operation ofthe pump.
· Without shaft seal.
· Direct and y-belt transmission can be used for pump and driver.
