MCSQ series underwater sand mining and reservoir dredging package is designed to meet the needs of underwater sand mining and reservoir dredging. It is usually used to the working condition of mining and dredging at the bottom of reservoirs, rivers, lakes and seas. In terms of structure design, material selection and function allocation, it is in full consideration of  long-term, reliable, efficient running and green environment protection in deepwater working condition. It has advantages  as follow: corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, solid particle passing ability, wide range applications of submergence depth, the maximum submergence depth is 200m and unaffected by changes in submergence depth. It is the ideal and efficient equipment for underwater silt dredging,sand mining and mining.

Construction Characteristic

MCSQ series underwater sand mining and reservoir dredging package is generally made up of cutter,pump,electric motor, pressure balance device, package structure frame, control system sensing signal and so on. According to working condi- tion, the whole package efficiency of sanding and dredging, operating reliability, and practicability have been taken into consideration thoroughly while the structure designing. The cutter, pump, motor, pressure balancing device and package structure frame are fixed in one unit and used by top hoisting.

1.Cutter

MCSQ series underwater sand mining and reservoir dredging package has been made by special cutter,gearbox and electric motor. The cutter can act on the working sand or sit layer directly in process of sand mining and dredging.It can improve work efficiency.

2.Pump

MCSQ series underwater sand mining and reservoir dredging package is equipped with single-stage centrifugal pump made up by casings,impellers and other parts. Usually,the component which liquid flows through is made from wear-resistant and high-quality material,and special material will be selected to meet the special requirements according to working conditions.Pump and motor share one shaft.That enables the axial force of the pump to be transferred directly to the motor,so that the pump can work at any angle.

3.Electric  Motor

MCSQ series underwater sand mining and reservoir dredging package is usually matched with MYQN series submersible    dredge electric motor.According to different working conditions,MYQN series products have been divided into oil filing type,    airflling type and drying filling type.The bearings are rolling bearings.Thrust bearings can carry pump downward and    upward axial force.That is to say,it can bear all the weight of the rotating parts of the pump reliably and the hydraulic thrust

force of impeller.The above products can be further referred to MYQN series submersible dredge electric motor product book.

4.Pressure Balancing Device

MCSQ series underwater sand mining and reservoir dredging package is usually matched with pressure balance device.The internal and external pressure of cutter and motor can balance automatically depending on the different depth.According to different allocations,pressure balancing device can realize automatic balance of internal and external pressure of cutter and motor in 200m submergence.When above value cannot meet the actual working condition,please inform MIZZTECH when order.

5.Package Structure Frame

MCSQ series underwater sand mining and reservoir dredging package has been made into one whole unit by cutter,pump, electric motor and pressure balancing device through structure sections of T-steel,U-steel and steel pipe.They compose into package frame.The whole package can be lifted or put down by hanging point.

6.Control System and Sensing Signal

MCSQ series underwater sand mining and reservoir dredging package has equipped with complete control system,which includes controlling and frequency start of cutter and pump electric motor,soft start and controlling,Y-△start control or electric shaft start and controlling.The selection will be made according to customer requirements and motor power.

Cutter,electric motor,pressure balancing device and package structure frame are equipped with water alarm,oil level alarm  sensor,and  submergence  depth  indicator  sensor.That  realizes  complete  package  running  monitor.,it  can  be equipped with different devices according to customer’s requirements.
