“Crusher Head Assembly Assy” is one of the key components of the crusher which performs the important task of crushing the raw material to the required size. Below are some details of the components of this assembly and their functions:
·  Main Shaft: The Main Shaft is the core component of the crusher and carries the entire working load of the crusher. It is driven by an electric motor or other power source and rotates the conical crushing shell to crush the raw material.
·  Conical Mantle: The conical mantle is fixed to the main shaft and is in direct contact with the crushed material. It usually has raised sharp teeth on the inner surface, which come into contact with the crushed material and break it to the required size.
· Main Shaft Sleeve: The Main Shaft Sleeve is located between the main shaft and the conical crushing shell, and supports the main shaft, reduces wear and friction, and allows the main shaft to rotate relative to the crushing shell.
· Main Shaft Head Cover: Located on the top of the main shaft, the Main Shaft Head Cover protects the main shaft and fixes the Main Shaft Sleeve, and also acts as a seal to prevent spilling of crushed material.
· Seal Ring: The seal ring is located between the main shaft head cover and the conical crushing shell to prevent lubricating oil or grease from leaking out during the crushing process and to prevent crushed material from entering the lubrication system, keeping the system sealed and clean.
