Working Principle:
The electric motor drives the belt and pulley, and the eccentric shaft makes the movable jaw move up and down. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between the elbow plate and the movable jaw becomes larger, which pushes the movable jaw plate close to the fixed jaw plate, and at this time, the crushed material is crushed by the multiple forces such as squeezing, rubbing and crushing, etc. The crushed material is then crushed. When the movable jaw moves downward, the angle between the elbow plate and the movable jaw becomes smaller, and the distance between the movable jaw plate and the fixed jaw plate is widened under the action of the tie rod and the spring, at this time, the crushed materials are discharged from the crushing chamber through the shaking mouth. With the continuous operation of the eccentric shaft, the movable jaw makes cyclic reciprocating motion, and the materials entering the crushing chamber are crushed and discharged continuously, thus realizing the continuous production.
