Single Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher

Overview of the principle：

The motor drives the eccentric spindle through the pulley and gear assembly to rotate inside the fixed outer cone with the theoretical vertical line as the centre. The movable inner cone and the eccentric spindle rotate at the same time, and the running track of the inner cone is reciprocating rotating and oscillating in the crushing chamber. When the movable inner cone is close to the fixed outer cone, the ore in between is crushed. When the movable inner cone leaves the fixed outer cone, the crushed material is discharged by its own weight. When non-crushable objects fall into the crushing cavity, the movable inner cone is hydraulically controlled by the single cylinder at the bottom to land, which plays the role of adjusting the discharge port and eliminating the blockage of the ore by repeated rising and falling.
