ZH150 – MAH Heavy-duty Slurry Pump

Heavy-duty Slurry pumps are applied for mining, metallurgy, electricity, coal, chemical, building materials and many other industries. They can transport medium with solid particles, which may has abrasion, corrosion for example ash, coal slurry transportation in power station, mine pulp transportation in metallurgy dressing plant, coal slurry and other heavy media transportation in coal washing plant. It is able to work for the slurry with high weight concentration-45% for ash slurry and 60% for ore slurry.

This kind of pump is featured with high efficiency, running stably, reliable and long-life service, it improved the impact resistance and applied to a section of mill slurry pump successfully.

Features:

· The wet end parts are made by silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide ceramic, which can be applied for medium with strong abrasion and corrosion.
· The wet end parts and frame are connected by bolts, so the angle of pump outlet can be adjusted, which makes multi-connecting for pumps available.
· Bolt on the bracket is used to adjust the gap between impeller and frame cover plate, in order to achieve high efficiency performance after the wear.
· Temperature measuring seat on bearing helps DCS system to collect dada.
· For dealing with abrasion and corrosion slurry, mechanical spring is set outside in case of blocking
