In April, a representative from our Zambia branch traveled to Burkina Faso to visit key clients operating in the mining sector. The visit aimed to strengthen business ties, provide on-site technical support, and conduct detailed product mapping to ensure optimal performance and alignment with local application conditions.
The trip focused on several active mining sites in the central and western regions of Burkina Faso, where our clients are engaged in gold and base metal extraction. The representative met with mine managers, procurement teams, and technical staff to review current equipment usage and gather feedback on product performance, particularly regarding wear-resistant parts, slurry pumps, and material handling systems.

One of the primary objectives of the visit was to conduct field-based product mapping and performance verification. This included measuring operating parameters, identifying any mismatches in specifications, and collecting technical data from installed equipment. The insights gained from these assessments will guide future improvements, help tailor our solutions more precisely, and ensure better efficiency and durability in harsh mining environments.
In addition to technical surveys, the visit also allowed our team to discuss long-term cooperation plans, maintenance schedules, and the potential for localized support through regional warehousing and service partnerships. Clients expressed appreciation for the hands-on approach and emphasized the importance of continued technical engagement and responsive after-sales service.

This field visit reflects our company’s strong commitment to customer-centric service and on-site engagement, especially in critical industries such as mining. By staying close to operations and listening directly to end users, we continue to develop products and services that deliver real value in the field.
